At The Dormy House, we want you to be delighted with your home furnishings; if an item isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return Process
- 1.Notify Our Team
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to initiate your return request and receive a return authorization number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Ensure the item is in its original condition and securely packaged in its original box to prevent any damage during the transit back to our workshop.
- 3.Arrange Collection
For larger furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller accessories, you may use a tracked postal service of your choice.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
