What is the typical delivery timeframe for furniture?
As many of our pieces are finished to order in our UK workshop, delivery typically takes 4 to 6 weeks. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing?
Yes, we offer a complimentary swatch service. You can select up to six fabric samples via our website to ensure the color and texture are perfect for your home.
Do you offer bespoke or custom sizing?
We pride ourselves on flexibility. Many of our modular units and upholstered items can be customized to your specific dimensions. Please contact our design team for a quote.
What is your return policy for painted furniture?
Items finished in a specific paint color from our range are considered 'made to order' and are non-returnable unless faulty. We recommend ordering paint cards before finalizing your choice.
Do the products arrive fully assembled?
Most of our cabinetry and upholstered pieces arrive fully assembled. However, larger items like beds or modular wardrobes may require simple home assembly to ensure they fit through your doorways.
